What do you mean I didn’t pay for my return airline ticket!? 4am and I’m standing at the United Airlines counter to hear this ridiculousness!
“Sorry Ma’am, but since you booked with CheapTickets, you’ll have to contact them and solve the problem.”
I could have jumped over the counter and choked the woman.
20 minutes later of holding with CheapTickets and I FINALLY got a live person who tells me that YES I have paid for my return ticket and she wants to speak to the United Airlines rep. I get back into line and wait. AGAIN.
The United Airlines’ rep refuses to touch my phone let alone speak to the Cheap Tickets woman. Soooooo, as I have Cheap-Nevuh-Will-Book-Again-Tickets bad mouthing United-We-Nevuh-Make-A-Mistake-You’re-Beneath-Us-Go-Back-To-Southwest in my right ear and United fussing at “Cheaps” in my left ear, all I kept thinking was, ” I don’t give a crap who’s right or wrong just give me my boarding pass so I can get some effn’ coffee!
