I’m an old soul. Anyone who can sit and watch old Soul Train episodes ALL Saturday afternoon is a certified Old Soul (or maybe just old). I’ve been addicted to this ritual for a few months thanks to Centric tv. My husband just walks by and shakes his head now and doesn’t even try to interfere with my back to back TO back viewing obsession. I even quiz my kids on what I preach to them as “real music”. They better know who Al Green is and who is the Godfather of soul!
